The Triax 304109 is designed to be used with TV, FM, DAB and Twin tuner satellite receivers such as Freesat PVR.
There are two inputs on the rear of the socket for two cables:
One cable would carry Satellite dish, TV, FM and DAB aerial signals.
The other cable would carry a second satellite dish signal for freesat PVR twin tuner satellite receivers. Instead it could be used as a return path to send freesat receiver signals to other rooms.

TV Out: Male Coaxial Socket. Frequency range: 47-68, 254-862MHz
Radio Out: Female Coaxial Socket. Frequency range: 87.5-230MHz
Satellite Out 1: F Female Socket. Frequency range: 950-2150MHz
Satellite Out 2/Return: F Female Socket Frequency range: DC-2150MHz
